Our mission is to bring authentic African flavours to the world, strengthen food tourism, and educate future generations about sustainable and healthy eating.

At Tastes of Africa - Zambia, we believe in the power of food to connect people and cultures. Our initiatives include teaching children in schools how to prepare traditional dishes, helping communities by supporting them with cooking skills and equipment, and supporting local food vendors by sponsoring them to sell at food festivals and markets. Additionally, we provide access to information and knowledge about African cuisine, ensuring that everyone can appreciate and enjoy the rich culinary traditions of Africa.
